- Discuss with cross functional team helping to identify business issue, clarify insight needs
- Identify key business challenge and optimize the report for related business team (volume forecasting for Supply chain, business dynamic insight for brand and sales team)
- Develop regular reports by integrating internal and external data source, mainly shipment from sales team, in store performance from in store checking and online/offline offtake from Nielsen and Syntun.
- Communicate insights with key stakeholders and offer POV to specific issues.
- Summarize ‘facts’ from past studies and find information gap to addressed issues
- Bachelor and above required
- Good understanding of online and offline offtake data tools and methodologies
- Willing and capable for team work
- Demonstrate good skills in communicating with others.
- Knowledge of FMCG marketing
- Min 3+ years experience in role with brand or research responsibilities
