Job Description



  • Discuss with cross functional team helping to identify business issue, clarify insight needs
  • Identify key business challenge and optimize the report for related business team (volume forecasting for Supply chain, business dynamic insight for brand and sales team)
  • Develop regular reports by integrating internal and external data source, mainly shipment from sales team, in store performance from in store checking and online/offline offtake from Nielsen and Syntun.
  • Communicate insights with key stakeholders and offer POV to specific issues.
  • Summarize ‘facts’ from past studies and find information gap to addressed issues


  • Bachelor and above required
  • Good understanding of online and offline offtake data tools and methodologies
  • Willing and capable for team work
  • Demonstrate good skills in communicating with others.
  • Knowledge of FMCG marketing
  • Min 3+ years experience in role with brand or research responsibilities
