Job Description


Area Of Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 on site advanced troubleshooting as regional

service team escalation and investigation of product quality as BU /QA


  • Lead team to provide/build up Online Technical Support by wechat

and 400 hotline or remote service center

  • Manage the service technical support team of the distributor.
  • Manage the safety stock of spare parts cooperated with service operation and service business teams.
  • Manage the evaluation/qualification for service skill/competency of the technician both LBS and distributor.

Person Specification:

  • BS Degree in business or relevant major
  • Minimum 7 years of experience

in service function with at least 2 years’ experience team management

  • Good

language skill in both English and Chinese

  • Ability

to analyze complex business issues and isolate root causes and work

towards a simpler and more efficient process. Service minded.

  • Be an

expertise for a LBS product line, QT will be preferred.

  • Good

communication skill and team work spirit.

  • Strong

data management skill.

  • Strong leadership skill.
