Area Of Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 on site advanced troubleshooting as regional
service team escalation and investigation of product quality as BU /QA
- Lead team to provide/build up Online Technical Support by wechat
and 400 hotline or remote service center
- Manage the service technical support team of the distributor.
- Manage the safety stock of spare parts cooperated with service operation and service business teams.
- Manage the evaluation/qualification for service skill/competency of the technician both LBS and distributor.
- BS Degree in business or relevant major
- Minimum 7 years of experience
in service function with at least 2 years’ experience team management
language skill in both English and Chinese
to analyze complex business issues and isolate root causes and work
towards a simpler and more efficient process. Service minded.
- Be an
expertise for a LBS product line, QT will be preferred.
