About The Role

What You Will Do

Knowledge & Skills

ISO 9001:2000 knowledge and experience a must, TS16949 knowledge and experience preferred

Strong Project Management skills to deliver projects to specification and budget on time.

Knowledge in equipment design / engineering is a plus

Familiar with Experimental Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis.

Experience in Manufacturing of Semiconductor / Discrete Component.

Able to handle project independently.

Knowledge in problem analysis tool such as Pareto, fishbone diagram, FMEA, etc..

Knowledge in general computer software.

Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Project

Ability to create CAD drawing and free hand drawing is a plus

Able to qualify and install AOI (Automatic optical inspection system), working experience on brand of IND IVE and Camtek is a plus.

Capability to write SOP of equipment maintenance and PM document of AOI

Training material making and trainer for operator and technician

Able to handle abnormal case of AOI system, and capable for OEE improvement

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong practical skills and coordination skills

Good team player and has strong leadership qualities.

Basic English skills, ability of reading and writing, listening and speaking is a plus

Team work.

b Experience

At least 3 years related working experience of equipment maintenance/PM in electronics manufacturing, assembly semiconductor is a plus.

Minimum 1 year in an equipment maintenance engineer position, leading a team with sound experience in project planning and manufacturing improvements is a plus.
