About our team


The Campus Recruiting team is the first point of contact for candidates from campuses and we are responsible for attracting and recruiting program interns and full-time graduates into Nomura across Wholesale (Investment Banking & Global Markets) and Corporate divisions in Asia ex-Japan. Our team partners closely with the business and work in collaboration with other HR specialist teams and HR Business Partners to drive and deliver campus recruiting initiatives in the region, primarily Hong Kong and Singapore.


About the role


The role is based in Hong Kong and you will work with a team of dedicated campus recruiting professionals reporting into Head of Campus Recruiting for Asia ex-Japan. You will partner with our businesses to roll out existing campus recruiting strategies and processes, as well as potentially create ones too! This is a rare opportunity for a passionate campus recruiter who is looking for the next role where you can make a difference by initiating and implementing changes and fresh ideas. 

About You

You will be a driven and proactive individual who is excited about change, is able to deal with ambiguity, and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships at all levels. To be successful in this role, you will have good knowledge of the graduate recruiting landscape as a junior recruiter or as a recruitment coordinator. You will be an excellent communicator who can be represent Nomura and lead campus events. A strong appreciation of branding, marketing and event management will help tremendously in your day-to-day. You will be someone who can work both independently and collaboratively. Fluency in written and spoken English is absolutely essential as you will be drafting and sending communication materials to internal stakeholders and external candidates.
