You will be responsible for…

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Claims team, including mail triage, researching, physical document scanning, indexing, and filing 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and handle simple claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support managers in analyzing, decision-making and problem-solving activities to support claim settlement
  • Assist with special projects when required by the managers
  • Handling of outgoing mails

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • DSE or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant in Microsoft office applications
  • Good consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge in General Insurance and the claims process in different lines of business is an added advantage
