Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the team to implement overall ecommerce strategy (own eShop and e-retailer.com) to meet business objectives and sales ambition
  • Support and optimize media campaigns including social media, display, SEO, SEM and programmatic and analyze various data with web analytics tools to maximize efficiency in terms of targeting, traffic, cost, conversion and achieve sales target
  • Assist to implement Brand omnichannel strategy to expand the connected customers by driving online traffic to offline experience while existing customers to online purchase
  • Assist to drive the launch of Brand.com ecommerce to drive the optimal online shopping experience from kickoff, development to UAT, ensuring all contents and functions are well setup and launched on time
  • Create effective content for all ecommerce related marketing materials such as website content, product detailed page, banners, social posts, eDM, etc.
  • Work closely with internal and external functional teams for eShop operation and management
  • Conduct regular reporting, business monitoring and explore new digital initiatives to accelerate ecommerce potential
  • Handle and follow up customer service

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, experience in beauty industry is a plus
  • Sensitive to data, excellent analytical skill
  • Reliable person with high degree of self-initiative and independence; detail-minded, creative, resourceful & capable to work with multi-task in fast-pace workplace
  • Excellent communication skills in written & spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Officer, Digital Marketing
