Job Description:

  • Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including: order entry & maintenance, value added order entry & follow up; managing inbound customer order formats management, shipping arrangement.负责从订单到发票的流程,具体包含:订单的录入和维护,以及订单增值部分的跟进,管理入境客户的订单文件,安排出货
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics和区域销售、内部销售、报价\市场专员、仓库及物流的团队的同事紧密合作.
  • Support Sales team with direct customer contact following the demand planning and quality assurance processes.根据需求计划和质量保证流程,通过与客户的直接洽谈的方式来支持销售团队
  • Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain at optimized level.通过与区域销售的紧密合作,保持合理的库存水平
  • Assist Inside Sales to complete process from quotation to ordering.辅助内部销售完成从报价到订单的目标
  • Responsible for overall customer management as well as handling customer returns, resolving customers’ enquiries, etc. 负责客户管理,以及处理客户退货,解答客户的询问
