- Monitor, process and analyze Ecom operation data, be familiar with data related insights in user operation data, purchase data, Consumer Relation Management data, category management, marketing activity performance etc
- Timely review Ecom operation data at weekly/quarterly basis to validate business team’s assumption/request on data intelligence.
- Familiar with Ecom platform data tool including but not limited to 生意参谋\data bank\strategy center), and user growth/operation methodology, and be able to provide relative findings/insights to business team.
- Bachelor or above degree. 1-3 years work experience in e-com, data or Consumer Relation Management. Major in statistics, e-commerce, marketing is preferred.
- Skilled in excel, SQL, SPSS is helpful.
- Know e-com, Fast Moment Consumer Goods, retail well and have Consumer Relation Management is a plus point.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English skill.
- Proactive, good analytical skill and communication skill. Be responsible and resilient.
