  • Serve as Human Resource Business Partner to provide Human Resources fundamental support to serve the organization including Understand business and develop respective talent strategy.
  • Be responsible for Human Resource policy development and communications to employees, and organization culture building.
  • Serve as capability owner and responsible for organization capability building, including partner with business team to establish capability framework and qualification system to support current and future capability needs.
  • Coordinate capability calendars and lead digitalization of capability building systems.
  • Serve as employee relation owner and responsible for organization employee relation work: key tasks including employee relation policy upgrade and deployment, employee case handling, and collective employee communication.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Year Human Resource experience. Proficient in English writing and speaking.
  • Proven knowledge in employee/labor relation, basic labor law, and organization capability building.
  • Fast learner and has independent/logical thinking.
  • Has good social skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
  • Fast Paced Consumer Goods Human Resource background is a plus.
