What We Offer
Major Tasks & responsibilities:
- Realize sales and develop new customers to achieve short term sales target and long term commitment.
- Local key account management, to ensure sales target achieved at respective local key accounts and coordinate within the team to manage our success in the account nationally.
- Build a deep understanding of auto industry and behavior of competitors. To be able to identify potential business opportunities and find solutions to secure business. Proactively make analysis based on available information regarding to market trends, strategy of competitors and secure our sustainable position in the industry.
- Cooperate and direct IM/AD colleagues to contribute to the success at customers, utilize company resources smartly to create premium to the customers and result in better financial results.
- Regional key account management to ensure Covestro position / strategy to be implemented accordingly, close synergy with regional counter partners
- Lead the NVH application development in CN, drive regional AD and marketing team to define the framework, roadmap and manage the process.
- Implement China strategy of system house – Work closely with system house to manage production, inventory and delivery, to maximize the profit of the system house by growing the business and cost reduction. Work closely with supply chain/customer to minimize the possibility of aging stock due to EOP and tailor-made products.
Ensure that Covestro PUR Marketing & Innovation Strategy are aligned with the business target, through collaboration with leading position to ensure results fit business purpose.
Continuously Enhance Covestro position in ANS applications, deliver results of volume and margin expectation. Proactively support to build up pipeline for sustainable growth in our focused sections
Support team leader with strategic planning / development of core applications.
CO, AD, IM, SCC, RPM functions in regional level CO counter partners in other countries for synergy.
What You Offer
Minimum 8 years in sales and marketing experience, Multi-national company experience with technical sales preferred.
- University graduate in preferably Engineering, Polymer/ Chemistry, also Marketing or Commercial if with additional qualification.
- Strong business sense to understand customer needs and manage complicated relationships among stakeholders in the value chain.
- Very good communication in both Mandarin/English, interpersonal & marketing skills, experience in driving team of different function and from different countries
- Self-motivated, keep high passion when work independently. Ability to work effectively in teams, diverse groups and other cultures.
- Innovative and Flexible- other non financial magnitude describing the complexity of the position
(e.g. number of clients, administrative reports, products or projects):1. The value chain is very complicated compare to other industry, sales manager is expected to manage complication and uncertainty.2. The industry has strong requirement of qualified service package, which the sales managers need to smartly utilize resource and lead in resource alignment with AD/IM/KAM team.

- At least 10 years experience in product planning or market, development
