About Our Client

Our client is a famous FMCG company and now doing the digital transformation projects in China.

Job Description

  • Work with global CoE to generate macro trend forecasting for future target setting
  • Offer comprehensive and integrated analytics to executive team for business strategy design, decision making and business solution development
  • Define data use cases for macro analytics, ensuring alignment to the market strategy by partnering with the business functions
  • Leverage analytical methodologies to project the trend against targets, identify business opportunities, alarm business risks & issues, locate the root causes, deliver data-driven insights on market dynamics and run various scenarios
  • Provide insights of initiatives and track their effectiveness individually, collectively and continuously
  • Analyze and communicate business status, trend and insights with regular dashboards and raise recommendations
  • Prioritize use case develop and secure investment by working with the D&A Portfolio Management
  • Partner with global CoE to enhance and customize BAM and tools for local market forecasting
  • Shares knowledge across subject matters and ownership of repository (good practices and re-usable solutions)

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years or more
  • Business acumen and judgment to understand and manage the business implications of new processes
  • Require in-depth understanding of direct selling business
  • Require strategic thinking
  • Require broad business acumen
  • Require excellent business interpretation skills
