Job Description

  • Maintaining and monitoring event, Out Of Home, and related Branding ad-hoc request
  • Ensuring the event/project is fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Conducting market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
  • Organising facilities and managing all event’s details such as décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Proactively handling any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
  • Working closely with diverse teams (e.g. marketers, designers, production, and business developers, etc.) in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks
  • Creating executive-facing presentations with style and an eye for detail
  • Graduated from University (e.g. Marketing or Business background is preferred) with at least 1.5 years experiencing in working in Marketing field.
  • Have experience in event organizing, Television Commercial/Show production.
  • Good at communications, open-minded, willing to learn, proactive, diligent, responsible, hard-working.
  • Be familiar with e-commerce.
  • Be familiar with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Google Drive
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good at data analytics
