Work closely with the regional SEO team and other cross-functional teams to build SEO strategy and roadmap.
Own and manage local and regional SEO projects
Determine and prioritize onsite audit, SEO content and link building efforts and resources to achieve given monthly KPIs including organic traffic, orders and revenue.
Collaborate and build processes with marketing, product, commercial and other departments across the company.
Regularly analyze and report on SEO performance including traffic, revenue, conversions, rankings – leveraging internal reporting, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and additional 3rd party reporting tools.
Provide the best practices for redesigns, category migrations, site structure, internal linking and site taxonomies that can lead to accelerated organic traffic growth.
Create safe link building strategies and coordinate with content, merchandising and technical teams to ensure growth in domain authority.
Working closely with the SEO software development teams to drive initiatives.
Work closely with PR team to ensure articles, videos and images are visible in relevant search results.
3+ years of experience in SEO (SEM as a plus)
Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude.
Ecommerce experience preferred
Stay on the leading edge of search engine industry trends, algorithm updates, and the competitive landscape.
Knowledge of SEO metrics
Strong experience in keyword research, safe link building techniques, SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog. Ahrefs, SemRush, etc.)
Strong experience in using Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Ability and desire to work with big-data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python, Power Pivot will be a big plus)
Proven track record of business results and e-commerce revenue growth through SEO
Outstanding project management experience
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
