Job Description

  • Lead the local SEO team in Vietnam.
  • Work closely with the regional SEO team and other cross-functional teams to build SEO strategy and roadmap.
  • Own and manage local and regional SEO projects
  • Determine and prioritize onsite audit, SEO content and link building efforts and resources to achieve given monthly KPIs including organic traffic, orders and revenue.
  • Collaborate and build processes with marketing, product, commercial and other departments across the company.
  • Regularly analyze and report on SEO performance including traffic, revenue, conversions, rankings – leveraging internal reporting, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and additional 3rd party reporting tools.
  • Provide the best practices for redesigns, category migrations, site structure, internal linking and site taxonomies that can lead to accelerated organic traffic growth.
  • Create safe link building strategies and coordinate with content, merchandising and technical teams to ensure growth in domain authority.
  • Working closely with the SEO software development teams to drive initiatives.
  • Work closely with PR team to ensure articles, videos and images are visible in relevant search results.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO (SEM as a plus)
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Stay on the leading edge of search engine industry trends, algorithm updates, and the competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of SEO metrics
  • Strong experience in keyword research, safe link building techniques, SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog. Ahrefs, SemRush, etc.)
  • Strong experience in using Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Ability and desire to work with big-data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python, Power Pivot will be a big plus)
  • Proven track record of business results and e-commerce revenue growth through SEO
  • Outstanding project management experience
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fluent English in writing and communication
