Description Lead marketing technology innovation, acting as bridge between IT and marketing, combine technology with deep understanding of data and analytics and with the creative attitude to transform raw data into meaningful insights and compelling marketing strategies and campaigns. Marketing Technologist will partner with marketing and sales to lead and own consumer interaction in eCommerce, in Customer Relationship Management(CRM) programs, use of existing Big Data to increase Marketing effectiveness, and potentially implement new Technologies (like smart devices) to change the way our brand reach and interact with consumer.

Qualifications:

  • Be equally adept at marketing and technology to help organizations with the tools of modern marketing needed to engage today’s always on consumers.
  • Need technical depth – backgrounds in IT management or software development can help, passionate about marketing. Business background with proven digital savviness is acceptable.
  • Proven Communication and Collaboration skills to be able to act as bridge builders between marketing and IT and teach brand marketers who need help navigating the digital world
  • Act with end result in mind, break down silos and build a single unifying view that enables us to put end-customers at the center of our programs and engage with them seamlessly across all touch points
  • Ability to manage Projects independently, multi-task and work effectively with both business partners and technical staff
  • Experience in the China digital (e-commerce + marketing) environment is preferred, global experience is also accepted.
  • Excellent verbal and written English-language skills. Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in business language. Ability to engage and influence senior management.
