Job Description

  • Assist with data analysis of seller communication channel performance, including online traffic, awareness, engagement, conversion rates, etc.
  • Evaluate business metrics, deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations (through dashboard, reports), create a visual display of quantitative information
  • Effectively communicate solutions and analysis results to channel owners to improve future marketing strategies
  • Work with functional stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enhance seller communication efficiency and internal working process
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned
  • Experienced in data analysis, data visualization
  • Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
  • Experienced in project coordination and problem-solving
  • Good communication (written and verbal communication) skill, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Have knowledge/ experience in social communication and e-commerce industry is a plus
