Job Description

Description General: Acts as single point of contact (SPOC) for internal and external business partners with regards to:

  • Country/ region specific Quality systems mandates and requirements
  • Cross functional team where technical expertise is needed
  • New initiatives support and launch readiness facilitation within the country / region Specific Tasks:
  • To lead Quality system for Health care products marketed in Greater China.
  • Be SPOC for Quality issues for GC PHC leadership team as well QA. Timely sharing of key quality issues that have potential impact on compliance or business.
  • To define, update and maintain the quality management system/Quality Manual of the P&G Personal Health Care. Include guidance to meet compliance
  • Reporting & documenting quality events/deviations. Documentation completion with respect to investigation and action plan. Timely closure
  • To secure delivery of local legislation and P&G PHC global standards
  • Maintain country score card, lead review & quality improvement plans. Report/bring up non-conformities and departures from quality agreements in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the pharma industry /Consumer goods or degree in Sciences
  • Familiar with Quality field within cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulated environment
  • Interpersonal skills including good leadership and communication skills with partners
