Description And Requirements

Job Description :

  • Support commodity forecasting, planning, and product transition under senior level guidance.
  • Arrange production schedule and sales order execution; conduct data analysis and generate reports.
  • Solve resource issues; perform daily data collection and compilation for procurement function.
  • Support one or multiple manufacturing sites’ purchasing activities; focuses on supply demand analysis and management.
  • Assist the planning and execution of a limited number of procurement operations associated with cost, business transformation, supplier management, processes re-engineering, etc * Perform basic logistics operation independently.
  • Complete daily import/export customs and business affairs.
  • Develop shipment plan; interacts with third party shippers to coordinate logistics resources and ensure stable transportation on-site.
  • Manages daily warehouse operations; assists with direct labor management.

Position requirements

  • Good communication skill to effectively satisfy internal customers.
  • Negotiate with providers in procurement activities.
  • May need to communicate with management team to set up KPI management system.
  • Follow existing processes and workflow during daily operations.
