What This Job Involves-

Coordinating between clients and on-site Facility Management team as per property service related issues, eg. A/C issues, furniture issues, cleaning issues etc. Dalian PSC provides Helpdesk services in 5 languages for 20 prestigious clients so far including HSBC, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan etc. , and still expanding across 6 countries in APAC region.


  • Take Cantonese phone calls from APAC region using Purecloud system.
  • Handle email-incoming requests as well
  • Lodge work orders of client’s property related requests in Corrigo and Citrix Clarify system.
  • Coordinate between client and onsite team as per any schedule, chase-up, urgent requests etc.
  • Will need to cover baby night and full night shift based on monthly roster schedule

Graduates or university students Fluent in Cantonese communication English level is CET4 or above. Capable of reading and reading in English. Soft inner temper.
