- Develop Sales strategy to achieve company’s sales target/allocation in short team and long term.
- Together with Sales team to set up action plan (weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) for each trade to achieve sales target/allocation.
- Set Individual sales targets with Sales Team/delegate responsibility for customers to Account Owner to fulfil allocation.
- Timely update/send weekly/monthly/yearly loading report.
- Timely update equipment forecast report and work with Logistics department to make sure equipment stock can fulfill needs.
- Push Sales team to keep expand customer base.Develop more CIF/BCO clients to build up long term supports. Set target to develop new clients.
- Joint call to important/big client regularly.
- Plan and implement promotion activities to clients within controlled expenses/budgets. Lead and push sales team to find out/ analyze lost customer and try to regain business.
- Set weekly sales activity targets for each Account Owner and follow up.Use CRM tools to monitor sales activities and 10. Held weekly sales teams meeting. Held one to one meeting with account Owner/Sales coordinator in regularly.Push sales team to promote High pay cargo such like OOG/DG/Reefer cargo.
- Ensure high quality of customer service well delivered to our clients.Quickly/timely response to client’s enquiries/request.
- Colleagues degree or above.
- CET4 or above, fluent English on both Oral & Written.
- Experiences in Sales/Customer relation management, 2-3 years managing experience is a must.
- Can working under pressures.
- Experience with relevant software’s (such like Word/Excel, etc)
- Have driver’s licenses
