About Our Client

Our client is a global retail company dedicated in luxury products.

Job Description

Business trip arrangement including manage itinerary and prepare market visit book. Operational support to quarterly regional director seminar, SMM and TMM Manage the routine reporting including weekly reports, monthly reports. Consolidation of store data/report and weekly/ monthly report ( weekly event calendar, weekly competitor data and weekly report, monthly event report, monthly business slides to Global, weekly newsletter) Administrative support to Retail VP’s through consolidating necessary information from RDs/SMs Meeting arrangement and record meeting minutes

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree or above in Business administrative field Solid working experience in system administration on Excel and PPT Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Demonstrated experience and exposure in an international environment are preferred
