Job Description

Position Purpose岗位目标:

  • 负责地区的设备销售业务,完成年度目标销售额
  • 密切关注活跃客户动态,通过开发现有老客户,回抢新客户,提高公司市场份额,增加销售额。

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:

  • 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作,确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性,避免丢失客户;提升销售团队的人均产能
  • 对老客户的有效价格管理,增长AP销售额和毛利率
  • 在SFDC客户关系管理: 老客户开发方面:发掘老客户需求,实现老客户的翻单;确保及时准确更新和维护客户数据、联系人信息;跟进销售线索(LEADS);更新销售活动记录;

回抢客户管理:通过区域覆盖,客户开发,实现回抢业务;提高赢单率;

  • 应收账款管理
  • 客户在标识设备使用中的投诉和异议的内部协调与跟进

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 本科学历,机械或自动化相关专业优先
  • 5-10年工业品销售经验
  • 良好的沟通技能和销售技能
  • 熟练使用MS的EXCEL功能,从数据中发现问题的能力和解决问题的能力
  • 适应频繁出差
  • 外资企业工作经历更佳
  • 自备车或驾照优先
